There are different causes of hair loss, and here are the five most common ones!
Hair is one of the jewels in a woman's crown, but it is also important for men to have a good quality and quantity of hair. Hair loss is a natural process, but if you're losing an unreasonable amount, it can be a cause for concern.
What are the factors that can lead to hair loss?
Environmental harm
There are times in our lives when the hair root stops working for months, the hair follicle becomes brittle and the hair falls out. This can be caused by serious surgery, intense dieting, pregnancy, etc. But the most common cause of hair loss is a stressful lifestyle. However, once the stress is gone, the hair loss usually goes away.
Chemical substances
Shampoos and various hair protection products contain a lot of chemicals. Their continuous use can damage the hair. So it makes a difference what you spray on your hair. The best choice is sulphate-free shampoos, which do not damage the hair.
Poor diet
It's probably clear to everyone by now that nutrition and a good diet can affect the condition of your hair. Eat enough protein, iron and magnesium! Eat plenty of yoghurt, chicken, nuts. If necessary, take supplements and vitamins (e.g. vitamin A).
Poor quality water
Unfortunately, in many places in our country the water is hard, which is not only bad for the washing machine, but also for the hair. And scale dulls the hair, making it harder to wash clean. If you rinse your hair with vinegar or lemon soup after washing, you can do a lot to keep your hair beautiful and shiny.
Diseases
Diseases can also cause hair loss. Most commonly, hypo- and hyperthyroidism. But it can also be caused by some gynaecological or metabolic problems. However, the good news is that, with proper treatment, hair can start to grow again.
